These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of SEODock (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use SEODock.
SEODock is a collection of browser-based SEO utilities — meta tag and schema generators, technical SEO helpers, content analyzers, audit checklists, and bulk processors. All tools run locally in your browser. SEODock does not provide live rank tracking, keyword search volume, backlink data, crawling of third-party sites, or AI content generation.
You agree to use SEODock only for lawful purposes and in line with our Acceptable Use Policy. You are responsible for the data you enter and for how you use any output the tools produce.
SEODock’s outputs — generated markup, recommendations, checklist items — are provided for convenience and do not constitute professional, legal, or guaranteed search-ranking advice. Search engines change their guidelines frequently; you should validate generated markup and follow current official documentation before publishing.
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated output will achieve any particular result.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SEODock and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Service.
Because tool processing happens on your device, you are solely responsible for backing up any drafts or settings stored in your browser. Clearing your browser data, using private windows, or switching devices will remove anything SEODock has stored locally. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Some features may be offered under paid plans. Pricing, billing cycle, and what each plan includes are described on the Pricing page. Refunds are handled per our Refund Policy. We may change plan features with reasonable notice.
The SEODock name, interface, and original content are owned by us. The output you generate from your own inputs (such as your meta tags or schema markup) belongs to you. You may use it freely on your own websites.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
