Refund Policy

We want SEODock to be an easy yes. This policy explains how billing, cancellations, and refunds work for paid plans. The free plan is, and will remain, free — this page only concerns optional paid subscriptions.

Billing basics

  • Paid plans are billed month-to-month, or annually if you choose an annual plan.
  • You can cancel at any time — there are no long-term contracts or lock-in.
  • When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, then reverts to the free plan.

14-day refund window

If you’re not satisfied with your first payment for a paid plan, contact us within 14 days of that charge and we’ll issue a full refund. No need for a lengthy justification — a short note about what didn’t work for you helps us improve.

Renewals

Recurring renewal charges (the second month onward, or annual renewals) are generally non-refundable, since you can cancel before a renewal date to avoid the next charge. If a renewal caught you by surprise, reach out — we review reasonable requests case by case.

How to request a refund

Send a request through the contact page or email the address listed there, using the email associated with your account. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your provider.

Exceptions

We may decline refunds in cases of clear abuse — for example, repeated subscribe-then-refund cycles, or violations of our Acceptable Use Policy.
